From a canal house in the Jordaan to an apartment in Noord: we plaster, paint and renovate all over Amsterdam. As everywhere, we measure first, rebuild your rooms in 3D and send you an itemised quote, so you know what it costs before we start.
In the centre, the Jordaan and De Pijp you often find old lime plaster, walls that aren’t straight and ceilings that have lasted for centuries. We repair them carefully, with materials that suit the wall, instead of covering everything up.
Zuid, West and Oost have many homes with high ceilings and walls that have been painted over many times. Good preparation pays off there: loose layers off, cracks repaired, and only then plaster or paint.
Noord, Nieuw-West and IJburg have many newer apartments: paint-ready plastering, a stud wall for an extra room or a home office, and crisp painting.
Narrow stairs, little parking, neighbours above and below: we plan deliveries, debris removal and working hours in advance, so the disruption stays small.

Yes. Together with Haarlem, Amsterdam is our main area, from Centrum and West to Zuid, Oost, Noord and Amstelveen. We work the same way there: survey first, then a 3D design and an itemised quote. And we speak English.
The same as in Haarlem: paint-ready wall plastering costs €19.95 per m² and a ceiling €21.95 per m², including VAT and standard materials. There’s no call-out fee.
Painting walls with two coats of white costs €17.95 per m² and a ceiling €14.50 per m², including VAT and paint. Lacquering a door on both sides costs €105.
Plastering and painting inside your own apartment is usually fine. Removing a wall or adding a new one can need your VvE’s (owners’ association) approval, and many VvEs have rules on noise and working hours. Check the deed of division (splitsingsakte) and the house rules; we’re happy to help.
