What we process
The details you enter in the contact form: name, phone number and email address (if you give them), the town of the property and the description of the job, plus any photos or floor plans you send us in WhatsApp. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we process it
To answer your request, book a survey and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and, if no job follows, no longer than [24 months]. If you hire us, we keep it for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires.
Who can see it
Only us. When you send the form, the website checks it without storing it and opens WhatsApp with your request, which reaches us once you press send. WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own privacy policy. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, or object to its processing. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
