How much does a renovation cost?
That depends entirely on what needs doing. That’s why our quote is split by room and by task, with quantities and unit prices. You see exactly where your money goes, and where you could save.
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
Often, yes. We work in phases, close off the area we’re working in and keep a usable kitchen or bathroom where possible. It’s all part of the schedule we agree with you.
Who do I talk to during the works?
Always one of us. You don’t have to coordinate separate trades: we do that, and keep you updated on progress.
